There is no need to refresh your screens!
If an inbound email hits your inbox and matches the filters you have set up, a live blue badge will pop up on the corresponding inbox tab to show the number of new emails you have received based on your filter settings.
The same logic applies to the tabs in your tonnage and order screens and to the menu in the left bar.
